Application: Apply 2 strokes to the tongue and then distribute evenly with the tongue in the mouth and on the gums.
Leave it in the mouth and throat area for as long as possible without swallowing and then take as small a sip as possible.
Do not eat or drink anything until 15 minutes after application.
If necessary, repeat the application up to 5 times daily.
Ingredients: The defense mouth gel works with extracts from Icelandic moss, organic pine bark extract, organic tormentil root and maidenhair fern with hyaluronic acid.
