Organic Shaggy Ink Cap Mushroom Powder Capsules. Syn.: Porcelain Ink Cap, Ink Cap, Shaggy Ink Cap, Asparagus Cap. This shaggy ink cap mushroom powder contains all the ingredients of Coprinus comatus in their natural concentration and composition. After harvesting, the shaggy ink caps are gently dried (below 35°C) and then ultrafinely ground. In technical terms, this grinding technique is also called the "shell-broken process." This means that the cell walls are broken open during the mushroom grinding process. This is necessary because mushrooms have very hard cell walls, which are made of chitin, which the human body cannot process. Therefore, this shell-broken grinding process is important for the body to absorb the mushroom's ingredients.
