The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days (from the date of conclusion of the contract) without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the seller of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). The customer may also use the attached sample withdrawal form.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
The customer is obligated to return the goods promptly and verifiably. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the event of withdrawal by the customer (by express declaration or simply by returning the goods), the seller will immediately refund the purchase price already paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Personalized orders made specifically for the customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Products that have already been opened and/or used are also excluded.
