Ingredients: Coriander, licorice, fennel, bertram, thyme, nettle, long pepper, turmeric, cinnamon, angelica

Preparation: Pour 1 teaspoon of the mixture into 1⁄2 - 1 l of boiling water, let it steep for 5 minutes, then strain through a fine sieve or, better yet, use a paper filter.
