Recommendations: Gently massage any remaining deodorant cream into your fingers and cuticles. Dry hands will appreciate the nourishing effect of high-quality fats like shea butter and coconut oil. Diese ölige, adstringierende Anwendung muss immer von unten nach oben, also herzwärts mit vorsichtigem sanftem Druck erfolgen. Die duftenden Wirkstoffe der ätherischen Öle von Palmarosa unterstützen die Aktivierung des venösen Gewebes. Pfefferminze und Lemongras sorgen für den angenehm frischen Duft.

Die Beine nach dem Duschen oder Waschen einölen oder vorher mit einem Hydrolat, z.B. Myrten-, Pfefferminz-, Salbei- oder Weihrauchhydrolat befeuchten oder in der Handkuhle 1:1 mischen mit dem Lavendel-Zypressen-Öl. Die Selbstpflege endet dann in einer wohlverdienten Ruhepause indem die Beine hochgelagert werden.

Anwendung: Regelmäßig täglich einölen, an anstrengenden Tagen 1-3-mal täglich mit 1-2 Teelöffeln die Beine herzwärts einreiben. Eine optimale, wohltuende und kühlende Prophylaxe, um akute Venenbeschwerden zu verhindern stellen Ölkompressen dar.

Diese können auch kombiniert werden mit Quark. Hierzu wird 1 Esslöffel Öl mit einem Esslöffel Quark vermischt, damit eine entsprechende, mit Hydrolat befeuchtete Kompresse bestrichen und auf das betroffene Hautareal gelegt. Die Kompresse fixieren und bis zu 4 Stunden oder über Nacht ruhen lassen.
