Linden blossom, rosehip, thyme, elderflower, chamomile, orange peel
Preparation:
Pour 1 teaspoon with 1/4 liter of boiling water and let it steep for 10 minutes.

The most well-known essential oil of the over 500 different eucalyptus species is extracted from the "blue-leaved" eucalyptus tree, which grows up to 90 meters tall in its native Australia. Eucalyptus globulus impresses with its very high content of 1.8 cineole. A typical essential oil for winter and saunas, it is highly air-purifying, refreshing, and invigorating. Avoid during pregnancy. Not suitable for infants and children under 6 years of age. Use with caution in children with spastic respiratory diseases.
