Application

The use of Niermison® by SonnenMoor: Kidney, bladder, gallbladder, prostate - Drink 25 ml daily shortly after breakfast and 25 ml in the late afternoon, neat or diluted with a little water or fruit juice - preferably before 7 p.m.

Here is the tried and tested recipe:
½ to 1 teaspoon liver spice *
Pour over with about
60 ml boiling water (to “wake up” the aromas of the spice), then with
60 ml cold water (drink should be lukewarm if linseed oil and maca
be added)
100 ml red juice (pomegranate, berry, red grape, chokeberry, ...)
Finally stir in:
2 tsp linseed oil
1 tsp MacaPro extract

Interesting facts about the Maca plant
Maca (Lepidium Meyenii Walp) is a root that grows only in the highland zones of the Peruvian Andes, on the Junin Plateau, at an elevation of 4,250 meters. The plant was domesticated approximately 2,000 years ago (primitive maca varieties have been found at archaeological sites dating back to 1,600 BC). The Incas used the maca plant as part of their daily diet.

Maca is a food with a particularly high concentration of various nutrients. The synergy of maca nutrients supports the body in maintaining health, restoring natural balance, and contributing to overall well-being.
Its mode of action is particularly through the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, helping the body produce hormones and establish and maintain hormonal balance and all the benefits that come with it.

Contents: 40 incense sticks, each with a burning time of 30 minutes.

Use: Light the end of the incense stick and blow out the flame. Place the stick in an incense holder.
