Folium Urticae
To increase the amount of urine in catarrhs of the urinary tract, in cases of urinary grit and to prevent urinary stones. To make a cup of tea, pour boiling water over 2 teaspoons and strain after 10 minutes. Drink a cup of freshly prepared tea infusion 3 – 4 times a day. Warning: Stinging nettle leaves must not be drunk if there is water retention (edema) due to restricted heart and kidney activity. Close tightly again after removal. Salviae officinalis folium
