Aloe vera is the oldest crop in the world - and the most commonly used worldwide. According to legends, it is the only plant that comes from the Garden of Eden... It was - and still is - one of the most important plants in folklore: Egyptian, Chinese, Greek, Indian, Roman, etc. The Egyptians called it the “plant of immortality”. It was already part of the cosmetic routine of Nefertiti and Cleopatra.
