Was ist Bambussalz?

Bambussalz ist ein kostbares Meersalz, das in Korea von buddhistischen Mönchen seit über 1000 Jahren auf traditionelle Weise von Hand hergestellt wird. Dabei wird das Meersalz in Bambusrohre gefüllt, mit Lehm verschlossen und in einem Brennofen mehrfach gebrannt. Jeder einzelne Brennvorgang entfernt Unreinheiten und erhöht gleichzeitig den Mineralstoffgehalt. Das 2-mal gebrannte Bambussalz ist im Geschmack weniger intensiv als das 9-mal gebrannte. Es schmeckt würzig und leicht schwefelhaltig. Mit der Zeit gewöhnt man sich an den besonderen Geschmack und kann sogar eine leichte Süße herausschmecken.

Was macht Bambussalz so besonders?

Reich an Mineralstoffen:

Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Salzen ist Bambussalz besonders reich an wichtigen Mineralstoffen, die der Körper heute mehr denn je benötigt. Durch den einzigartigen Herstellungsprozess gehen die Mineralstoffe aus dem Bambus, Lehm und Harz in das Salz über, was seine Nährstoffzusammensetzung deutlich verbessert.

Hoher pH-Wert:

Da Bambussalz einen sehr hohen pH-Wert zwischen 9 und 12 hat, ist es stark basisch. Es kann somit dazu beitragen, den Säure-Basen-Haushalt deines Körpers zu neutralisieren.

Reinheit:

Der Brennvorgang bei über 1300 °C entfernt Chemikalien und andere Unreinheiten, die sich in herkömmlichem Meersalz befinden können. So erhält man ein reines, mineralstoffreiches Produkt, das optimal vom Körper aufgenommen werden kann.

Anwendung:

Das 2-mal gebrannte Bambussalz ist sehr fein und perfekt als Tafelsalz. Du kannst es einfach über deine Speisen streuen, um ihnen einen kräftigen Geschmack zu verleihen und gleichzeitig den Nährwert zu erhöhen. Es eignet sich aber auch gut für die Herstellung von Salzlösungen. Bambussalz ist nicht nur eine schmackhafte Zutat für deine Küche, sondern auch eine natürliche Ergänzung für deine Gesundheit.
