Application:
The oil is very rich, please use it sparingly. You only need a little of this highly concentrated care. It is best to always massage on damp skin. The massage effect can be intensified with a brush. The oil is well absorbed and nourishes the skin intensively.

Ayurveda recommends rinsing the oral cavity in the morning after tongue and teeth cleaning with specially prepared oral care oil – Gandusha. It is also referred to as "oil pulling". During this phase, the mixture is warmed to 37°C – the human body temperature. The mixture is gently blended morning and evening, allowing the full power of the balancing rose to permeate the oil.
