Arnicae Flos
For external use for strains, bruises, and sprains. To prepare the infusion, pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of arnica blossom into approximately 1/8 liter of boiling water and strain after 10 minutes. For application to the skin, soak linen or a similar material with the infusion and apply it to the affected areas of the body. Change the compresses several times a day. Do not drink! Beware of possible allergic reactions. Reseal tightly after use. Keep out of reach of children.
Chamomillae romanae flos
For feelings of fullness, flatulence and mild, cramp-like gastrointestinal complaints, as well as for inflammation of the mouth and throat. Drink a cup of freshly prepared tea warm between meals 3 to 4 times a day or use it to rinse the mouth and throat. Close tightly again after removal. Keep out of the reach of children.
Juniperi pseudo-fructus
For digestive problems. To make a cup of tea, pour 1/2 teaspoonful of boiling water over it and strain after 10 minutes. Drink a cup of tea 3 to 4 times a day. Warnings: Juniper berry preparations must not be used during pregnancy or if there is inflammation in the kidney area. Long-term use or overdose can cause kidney damage. Do not take tea made from juniper berries for longer than 1 week without consulting your doctor. Close tightly again after removal. Keep out of the reach of children.
Ratanhiae radix
