Smoking

A BOOK FOR THE WHOLE YEAR, which is not only about smoking and the Raunächte, but about much more: about the energetic relationship between people and space (home, workplace).

Sigrid Csurda-Steinwender is an interior designer and geomancer. She has long been concerned with the topic of "better living, better working, better life" and raises awareness of how closely people and spaces are connected. In this book, she offers helpful suggestions for getting rid of stressful vibrations within your own four walls.

It supports you in decluttering and redesigning your own environment, in furnishing, and in dealing with people and with yourself.

Here are some quotes:

The energy fields underlying the space create its unique atmosphere, with which every person resonates.

The memory of our space remembers everything that happens in a space over time.

Spaces shouldn't be constraining or limiting, but rather should be used and understood as support for unfolding our full potential. Therefore, it's advisable to cleanse and clear the energy field of your home from time to time.

A key to creating a strengthening living space lies in pausing occasionally in the rapid flow of time—consciously observing and perceiving what is—and then acting accordingly. Doing this in the form of a ritual transforms the action into a sacred and healing act.
