Application: Apply before sun exposure. Apply evenly and thoroughly. Even in the shade, use a sunscreen with a sufficiently high sun protection factor. Repeated application of sunscreen does not extend the protection time, it maintains the protection.

The cooling lavender-cypress oil cares for the skin of people prone to venous problems. The oil is ideal for daily care of heavy and swollen legs. The venous system of the legs requires daily rubbing.

This oily, astringent application must always be done from bottom to top, i.e. towards the heart, with careful gentle pressure. The fragrant active ingredients of the essential oils of palmarosa support the activation of venous tissue. Peppermint and lemongrass provide the pleasant fresh scent.

Oil the legs after showering or washing, or moisten them beforehand with a hydrosol, e.g. myrtle, peppermint, sage or frankincense hydrosol, or mix 1:1 in the palm of your hand with the lavender-cypress oil. Self-care then ends with a well-deserved rest period with the legs elevated.

Application: Oil regularly every day, on strenuous days rub the legs towards the heart 1-3 times a day with 1-2 teaspoons. Oil compresses are an optimal, soothing and cooling prophylaxis to prevent acute venous problems.

These can also be combined with quark. For this purpose, 1 tablespoon of oil is mixed with one tablespoon of quark, and a corresponding compress moistened with hydrosol is spread with it and placed on the affected skin area. Fix the compress and leave it to rest for up to 4 hours or overnight.

Shake the emulsion well before use.

Do not use during pregnancy or as a bath additive.
