Ein sonniger Gruß aus dem Dattelhain der Apfeldattlerei aus dem Marchfeld. Der Trockenmix widerspiegelt die Vielfalt getrockneter Früchte unterschiedlicher Sorten. Dabei stellt jedes Genuss-Sackerl ein Unikat in Bezug auf die Anteile darin enthaltener Mizzis, Dabbis, Bullis und Dongs, dar.
Die ersten Chargen Trockenmix sind in der Regel ab Mitte Oktober verfügbar und eignen sich wunderbar zum Naschen und Genießen. So harmonieren getrocknete Apfeldatteln beispielsweise ausgezeichnet mit einem reifen Käse, gut abgehangenen Rohschinken oder einem Glas gediegenen Rotwein.
Zutaten: 100% Jujube mit Stein, getrocknet Gewichtsanteil Mizzi, Dabbi, Bulli, Dong saisonal wechselnd/unterschiedlich.
Lagerung: Wir empfehlen getrocknete Apfeldatteln bei trockener, lichtgeschützter Lagerung innerhalb des auf der Verpackung angeführten Mindesthaltbarkeitszeitraums, längstens jedoch innerhalb des nächsten darauf folgenden Jahres zu konsumieren.
