This extraction step takes several days, during which the alcohol-soluble ingredients dissolve from the mushrooms. The mushrooms are then filtered and prepared for the next extraction step. The alcohol from the extract is evaporated by distillation to ensure the final product is alcohol-free. In the next step, the remaining mushrooms are extracted with water; this process dissolves the water-soluble substances from the mushroom material. At the end of the production process, the two extracts are combined and homogenized with organic vegetable glycerin from sunflower seeds. Glycerin is a completely body-friendly substance that encloses the vitamin and mineral molecules and prevents quality defects from affecting the ingredients during storage.
