<p>An essential ingredient of Chyavanprash is Amla (lat.: Emblica officinalis, English: Indian Gooseberry), which is revered as a sacred fruit in India. Amla is an Ayurvedic superfood said to have a balancing effect on all three doshas.</p>
<p><strong>Recommended intake:</strong><br>
2 times daily one teaspoon of 8 g each (corresponds to 16 g daily). The daily intake contains 3.6 g Amla and 243 mg polyphenols. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements do not replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.</p>
