Application:

Folium Aurantii: For states of excitement and difficulty falling asleep. To make a cup of tea, pour 1 teaspoonful of boiling water over it and strain after 10 minutes. Drink a cup of freshly brewed tea 2 to 3 times daily. Reseal tightly after use. Keep out of reach of children.

Ingredients: Bergamot extract (Citrus aurantium var. bergamia), choline bitartrate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), red yeast rice (Monascus purpureus). The recommended daily dose (2 capsules) contains 340 mg of bergamot extract, 210 mg of choline bitartrate (equivalent to 85 mg of pure choline), and 98 mg of red yeast rice with 2.4–2.9 mg of monacolins. Choline contributes to normal lipid and homocysteine metabolism and normal liver function. Notes: Do not consume if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication or other products containing red yeast rice. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age, or adults over 70 years of age. Less than 3 mg of monacolins from red yeast rice should be consumed per day. If you experience any health problems, seek medical advice before consuming this product. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, which is important together with a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store at room temperature, out of reach of small children.
