Elderflowers, nana mint, rose petals

Preparation:

Pour 1 teaspoon of the mixture into 100ml of boiling water. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Top up with cold water. Sweeten with elderflower syrup, if desired.

Ingredients: Roman chamomile, cornflower, rose, marigold

Preparation: Pour 1 teaspoon of the mixture into 150–200 ml of boiling water. Let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
