The tea is currently on everyone's lips and is highly praised. We have also long loved the essential oil of cistus , which smells warm and spicy, has regenerative properties and is said to "uplift delicate souls". Customers with sensitive, dry skin appreciate Ingeborg Stadelmann's cistus cream .

High-dose vitamin D3K2 drops 2000 IU (50 µg) vitamin D3 + 50 µg vitamin K2 (all-trans MK-7) per drop ✓ Made in Germany with vitamin D3 + K2 from Europe in pharmacopoeia quality ✓ Optimally bioavailable and stable ✓ Good for bones, muscles and the immune system* ✓ Expertise + experience: first vitamin D3K2 oil in German pharmacies (since 2015), Forte oil since 2018 ✓ Excellent price-dose ratio: 640 drops, vegetarian 20 ml (640 servings) Why do we need the combination of vitamin D3 and K2? Vitamin D is essential for the maintenance of bones and teeth, the function of muscles and the immune system and plays a role in cell division. It works closely with vitamin K to maintain normal bones: Vitamin D3 stimulates the formation of osteocalcin, which is activated by vitamin K2 to efficiently store calcium in the bones. Vitamin K2 is barely absorbed through the diet. Dr. Jacob's Vitamin D3K2 Oil Forte contains long-chain vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) with high bioavailability and stability. It stays in the body for up to three days, about 50 times longer than vitamin K1. Only 12% have good vitamin D3 levels, and in winter this figure is below 5%. Diet contributes little to vitamin D supply; UVB sunlight is crucial for the skin's own synthesis. Deficiency is particularly common in winter, but factors such as sun protection or a dark skin type can also inhibit vitamin D synthesis in summer. Studies show that endogenous production is often insufficient, even in summer: Only 12% of the German population achieves the annual average vitamin D level of over 75 nmol/l (1,2) recommended by leading scientists, and in winter, even less than 5%. The lower limit of at least 50 nmol/l recommended by the German Nutrition Society (DGE) is achieved year-round by only 38% of Germans.(3) Experts also disagree on the correct intake recommendation. In fact, this depends on many factors: baseline value, age, weight, sun exposure, skin color, etc. The DGE recommends a serum level of at least 50 nmol/l and 800 IU (20 µg) of vitamin D daily (from the age of 2, if endogenous synthesis is lacking). The renowned American Geriatrics Society recommends that all people aged 70 and over take 4000 IU (100 μg) of vitamin D daily (from all sources) to maintain a good serum level of at least 75 nmol/L. This corresponds to the daily intake established by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) as safe (tolerable) for people aged 11 and over. (1)Holick et al. J Clin Endocrinol Metab (2011) 96(7):1911-30. (2)Bischoff-Ferrari et al. Am J Clin Nutr (2006) 84(1):18-28. (3)Rabenberg et al. BMC Public Health (2015) 15:641; Good vitamin D level ≥ 75 nmol/L 25(OH)D, according to Holick et al. J Clin Endocrinol Metab (2011) 96(7):1911-30. Who should pay particular attention to their vitamin D levels? • Everyone in months with low UV radiation (October to March) • People who spend most of their time indoors or who cover their skin • Users of sunscreen (SPF 10 reduces vitamin D production by 90%) • People with dark skin • Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, babies and small children • Women in/after menopause • Overweight people • Seniors A vitamin D blood test (at the doctor, in the pharmacy or a self-test) can provide clarity. Dr. Jacob's Vitamin D3K2 Oil Forte - Vitamin Oil for Bones and Immune System* *The vitamin D levels in Dr. The vitamins contained in Jacob's Vitamin D3K2 Oil Forte contribute to the following normal bodily functions: • Maintenance of bones – vitamins D and K • Maintenance of teeth – vitamin D • Maintenance of muscle function – vitamin D • Immune system – vitamin D • Has a function in cell division – vitamin D • Normal absorption and utilization of calcium – vitamin D • Normal blood clotting – vitamin K • Reduction in the risk of falls** – vitamin D **In women and men over the age of 60, falls are a risk factor for bone fractures. This increased risk of falls in old age may be related to vitamin D supply. A daily intake of 800 IU (20 µg) of vitamin D (from all sources) leads to a reduced risk of falls in people over the age of 60, which is associated with muscle weakness and physical instability. Proven quality at a fair price In 2015, Dr. Jacob's was the first manufacturer to bring a vitamin D3K2 oil to German pharmacies. This was later followed by the higher-dose Vitamin D3K2 Oil Forte. Both oils are still manufactured in Germany today. The vitamins used are of pharmacopoeial quality and come from Europe. Regular analyses confirm the long-term stability of the vitamin content. One bottle contains 640 servings. 1 serving corresponds to one drop of 50 μg (2000 IU) D3 + 50 μg K2 (all-trans MK-7). MCT oil for optimal protection and better absorption To improve the absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins D3 and K2, we use a high-quality MCT oil produced in Europe from coconut oil. Together with the natural vitamin E family (tocopherols), this oil protects the sensitive fat-soluble vitamins and optimizes their absorption. Dr. Jacob's vitamin oils are easy to handle, ideal for people with swallowing difficulties. They are supplied in glass bottles with glass pipettes for precise dosing. Perfect combination: Vitamin D's ideal partners. Vitamin D3 and K2 are not the only ones that contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Both work synergistically and are best taken in combination, as in Dr. Jacob's Vitamin D3K2 Oil, Dr. Jacob's Vitamin D3K2 Oil forte, Dr. Jacob's Vitamin K2D3 Oil (for increased vitamin K2 needs), and Dr. Jacob's Vitamin DEKA Oil (with vitamins A and E as natural tocopherols). Calcium metabolism interacts closely with magnesium and potassium. Magnesium supports the maintenance of normal bones and the normal function of nerves and muscles. Potassium contributes to the normal function of muscles and the nervous system, as well as to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. According to the National Nutrition Survey (NVS2), a deficiency in these minerals is common (4). Therefore, vitamins D3 and K2 are best combined with the right minerals, such as those contained in Dr. Jacob's Base Powder. (4) National Nutrition Survey 2 (MRI 2008).
