History of Curcama Curry Paste:
"Inspired by Indian culture, we have brought our very own interpretation of curry paste to the world. Many Indian families have their own recipe, which is passed down from generation to generation.
Since you have to start with a "tradition" sometimes, our very own Five Elements Curcama Curry Paste has now been created and is ready to be passed on to the next generation : ) ) "
Application:
For each serving, take one teaspoon of organic turmeric curry paste and pour it over the vegetables of your choice.
As with this Curcama product, less is more.
Possible approach:
For example, fry the vegetables, deglaze with wine or turmeric vinegar, then add a little coconut milk and stir in a good teaspoon of turmeric paste.
Add a side dish such as rice, quinoa or golden millet and you have a wonderfully tasty and nutritious meal.
