Zutaten:

Beetroot, Ceylon cinnamon, Apple pieces, Sea buckthorn berries, Aronia berries, Sweet orange peels, rosehip shells, cardamom

Zubereitung:

Pour 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture into 250 ml of boiling water and let it steep for 10-15 minutes.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Keep out of reach of children.
