Recipes Baby Oil (from 6 months) Warming massage for troubled babies Mix 1 drop of Belly Stroker Strength Concentrate in 50 ml of almond oil. Gently massage the baby's tummy and feet with warmed hands. Belly compress for emotional stomach ache Add 1-2 drops of Belly Stroker Strength Concentrate to 10 ml tbsp of organic nourishing oil (e.g. 1 tbsp St. John's wort oil), mix well. Soak a small cloth (natural material, e.g. cotton) in it, warm it up slightly, e.g. on the radiator or with a hot water bottle. Place on the tummy. Cover with another protective cloth, then put a warming cover (wool blanket) on top. A hot water bottle on the feet and an open ear turned towards the baby will aid recovery. Abdominal Rub (ages 12 and up) Warming massage after a heavy meal. Mix 10 drops of Belly Stroker Strength Concentrate in 50 ml of almond oil. Gently massage the stomach with warmed hands.
