We recommend drinking it lukewarm, even in summer. But for those who prefer it cool, this blend also tastes great chilled as iced tea.

Zutaten:

Apple pieces, rosehip shells, Hibiscus flowers, Calamus root, Fenugreek, Burnet herb, Ginger, clove, coneflower, Couch grass, Eleutherococcus

Zubereitung:

Shake well before use. Pour 250 ml of boiling water over one teaspoon, strain after 10 minutes, and let cool. Also delicious with a little apple juice.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Keep out of reach of children.
