OPCs, short for oligomeric proanthocyanidins, are natural substances found primarily in grape seeds. They are being studied for their antioxidant properties, which could potentially contribute to the protection of the body's cells from oxidative stress. These compounds are also being considered in the context of supporting blood circulation and vascular health. Scientific studies are exploring the role of OPCs in the context of heart health, including their potential influences on blood pressure and cholesterol levels. There is also research into the potential support of OPCs for skin health, such as the possible promotion of skin elasticity and protection against the signs of aging. The effects of OPCs on inflammatory processes and cognitive functions are other areas that have attracted scientific interest.

Daily dose: 2 x 5 drops (=150 mg grape seed extract) taken orally

Melatonin is a hormone that plays an important role in regulating the sleep-wake cycle. It is produced in the pineal gland, and its secretion increases at night, helping the body prepare for sleep. Melatonin also has antioxidant properties. Factors such as increased blue light exposure in the evening or lack of daylight exposure can affect melatonin production. Passionflower extract, derived from the flowers and leaves of the passionflower, has long been used in various cultural traditions to promote relaxation and support sleep. While melatonin and passionflower extract are combined in some products to support sleep quality, their effect on the body varies from person to person. These natural ingredients are valued for their potential benefits in supporting relaxation and sleep.

Daily dose: Add 6 drops (= 2 mg melatonin, 13 mg passionflower extract (4:1)) to a little liquid and drink about 30 minutes before going to bed.

Ingredients: Yarrow, lady's mantle, chamomile, cinquefoil, lavender blossoms, caraway seeds

Preparation: Pour boiling water over two teaspoons of herbs*, cover, and let steep for 10 minutes. Drink 2–3 cups daily from 5 days before your period until the end of your period. Repeat for three cycles. *Recommendation: Crush herbs in a mortar first.

Mandukaparni - Centella asiatica - is a perennial plant with a delicate, herbaceous growth habit, with a stem that creeps along the ground and bears both leaves and roots at the nodes. Its leaves are used in Ayurvedic medicine. The powder from the above-ground parts of the plant, finely and gently ground (below 40°C) in our production process, comes from our Indian and Sri Lankan Fair Trade and organic projects.

According to Ayurveda, this product correlates with the harmonious balance of the doshas¹ by balancing the six tastes. It provides the bitter taste.

Recommended intake:

Take 4 capsules twice daily with warm water between meals. This daily intake contains 61.78 mg of polyphenols².
