The lovely, practical book "Bauchlein-Öl und Zwiebelsocken" (Tummy Oil and Onion Socks) has long been available in herbalist shops (now in its 2nd edition), and now we have put together a practical DIY starter kit together with the author Claudia Schauflinger!
Claudia Schauflinger is a mother of two and grew up using home remedies herself. She runs a blog with helpful tips and gives great workshops (also online). Find out more about Claudia's home remedies for children here.

Most home remedies use ingredients found in every household: onion, salt, vinegar, oil... But some applications require things that are not found in every kitchen cupboard.
We've included some of these herbs, oils, and other ingredients in our DIY starter kit! The accompanying booklet provides detailed and easy-to-understand instructions on how to use them. This allows you – even with older children – to prepare simple and child-friendly home remedies!
