The personal diary for the time between the years
This lovingly and clearly designed book is a pleasure to pick up during the Raunächte (Twelve Nights). The authors sensitively encourage you to enter into a dialogue with yourself through images, stories, and rituals.
The introduction describes the following rituals:
13 wishes
12 candles
12 animal cards (they can be printed via a download from the publisher)
... and lists what you should prepare for the next 12 days.
Then the accompaniment through the twelve Raunächte begins:
Each section begins with a meditation image, contains a daily theme based on traditions and customs, a small daily ritual, and blank pages for writing down your own thoughts.
An ideal companion that wonderfully combines old traditions and new ideas. Motivating, clear instructions that you can actually practice daily and draw insights from. You can take many of them with you into your everyday life in the new year.
Tip from the herbalists: This book makes a wonderful gift for loved ones – ideally with 12 candles for the Rauhnacht light circle or with white sage and frankincense, so that you are already prepared for the smoking ritual on page 127.
