Arnicae Flos
For external use for strains, bruises, and sprains. To prepare the infusion, pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of arnica blossom into approximately 1/8 liter of boiling water and strain after 10 minutes. For application to the skin, soak linen or a similar material with the infusion and apply it to the affected areas of the body. Change the compresses several times a day. Do not drink! Beware of possible allergic reactions. Reseal tightly after use. Keep out of reach of children.
