Ingredients:
Yarrow, lady's mantle, chamomile, cinquefoil, lavender blossoms, caraway seeds
Preparation: Pour boiling water over two teaspoons of herbs*, cover, and let steep for 10 minutes. Drink 2–3 cups daily from 5 days before your period until the end of your period. Repeat for three cycles. *Recommendation: Crush herbs in a mortar first.

Mandukaparni - Centella asiatica - is a perennial plant with a delicate, herbaceous growth habit, with a stem that creeps along the ground and bears both leaves and roots at the nodes. Herbal dietary supplements with secondary plant substances (polyphenols)
Recommended intake:
Take 4 capsules twice daily with warm water between meals. This daily intake contains 61.78 mg of polyphenols².

Chamomillae romanae flos
For feelings of fullness, flatulence and mild, cramp-like gastrointestinal complaints, as well as for inflammation of the mouth and throat. To make a cup of tea, pour 1 teaspoonful of boiling water over it and strain after 10 minutes. Drink a cup of freshly prepared tea warm between meals 3 to 4 times a day or use it to rinse the mouth and throat. Close tightly again after removal. Keep out of the reach of children.
